Having sex is the right of every human being. Enjoying it without fear and any intimidation within the marital boundaries is what happiness is all about. Regardless of the debate of having sex within and outside the marriage boundaries, which is different for different religions, the question is whether should the girls and boys in Pakistan be given sex awareness in schools and colleges?
I am not really saying that the girls and boys should be handed over condoms in schools and colleges and allow them having intercourse. It’s just that not talking about sex is not actually barring anyone from having it. Rather this is creating numerous problems such as rapes, child-abuse and other social evils.
When a child knows what sex really is, and what it means and what are the downsides and what are the postive sides, and when it is ok to have it and when its not, then this topic will no longer could be used by the pedophiles and other perverts to net the innocent kids. This would also keep children on their toes to be warned of strangers and the relatives alike.
We need a generation who is confident and doesn’t think way too much about intracacies of sex and who take it as yet another human need instead of wondering and getting abused due to it.
